By
regarding this method as it is Die-Cast would be important to underline an
advantageous trait of this method which is:

2. Cleanness;
3. Fastness;

In
accordance on this fact there is one aspect which may not be ignored and it is –
quantity of details. By feet quantity it is not profitable it is profitable by
much of quantity of details. Of course, this aspect is not so noticeable bat it
must be taken in account in reason of profitability of work.
Generally
speaking, all of way of this method – it is force able and the very force able.
It is 5 000kg/sm2 (500HP) however it may be seldom but – 10 000
kg/sm2 (1 000HP) too. By concerning this softness it would be
necessary to notice that this new technology is construction is able to unfold pressure
as it is – 15 000÷30 000kg/sm2(1 500÷3 000HP) and it may
be more. Notice ability of this – it is the getting details not only of
different dimensions (little and big) but it is possible to get complicated
configurations too. The reason of this new way of Die-Cast to squeeze alloys of
metal by powerful motions of piston moving of which bring to the state of
hardening not only by pressure but gravitation too. Metallurgists are know to
have been applying lot for as to get details by good density without rejects and best of all of methods it
was Die-Cast but existing construction
does not enable for getting details of different sizes and pressures, because
of not being the technology for it. In accordance on this fact new construction
enables to get details of big sizes and complicated forms by having good density
too.
The method
enables to project this system in accordance on dimensions of details by
choosing any pressure for details too. So, we can say that by having powerful
pressure, of course, it requires reliable and staunch fixation that ensures
safety in getting of casting. In cause of this aspect it is necessary to regard
it as the main aspect too. Safety is being ensured by the special elements
which are able to endure such pressures by this new construction of die-cast.
It would be in time to underline that at least only by hand this new system is
able to unfold an effort as it maybe 300÷750 KH which is more than it is in
existing systems.
By
concerning features of this system it does not require expensive materials as
it may be imagined. Al materials may be easy found without some of
difficulties. This aspect does it simple in manufacturing. At the some time the
manufacturing such new systems requires serious attitude.
This new
system of die-cast may be made as the system been functioning by hand and the
system entirely mechanized too. The castings been got in such new system of
Die-Cast are precise too.
